Leeds could well be 3rd if norwich beat reading and leeds beat preston , and in your own words brighton are worried about 3rd place ! if huddersfield lose or draw and reading lose or draw and leeds win , then LEEDS GO 3RD ! the match i was talking about was brighton v qpr it was not a stiff test against blackburn , even qpr at home is not a stiff test but fingers crossed qpr will beat brighton and when leeds beat preston that will make leeds only 7 points behind brighton and closing in fast on the automatic promotion place !!

Keep saying it enough times and you'll end up believing it!! <laugh>

Yes exactly, which is my point about Brighton and why I backed them this season, they always do just enough without being overly spectacular but that's all you need in any league - consistency.

They've been knocking on the door for a number of years and teams that keep doing that eventually go up, it's now their time to do so. <ok>

Brum away was a dangerous game for me even before the new manager bounce, but it's safely negotiated, Fulham away is another dangerous game over the festive period as they're scoring goals for fun atm and so will be a good test of the Championship's best defence, home QPHhaha is a banker 3 points as they're pony atm with Hollowhead dragging them down. <ok>

    Corrected.^^^^^^^

    As your (ahem) mate:
Stop arguing with Sniffer he is wiping the floor with you and we are embarrassed for you.
Try Leeds Lover he really has no idea and you might be able to win one or two points off him.
    Doubtful but possible.

I don't think so. We don't have quite enough depth. Not only do we need to tie down all the loan players. I have no idea how much that will be but here's some guesswork:

    Janson: 3 mil reportedly
    Bartley: 2.5 mil?
    Hernandez: 1.5 mil

I wouldn't sign Sacko perm yet.

Then we would need another player of the Hernandez ilk so possibly 3 mil there.

I personally think we could do with another winger aswell and maybe a CB.

It's just too much. Sign the loan players and hope we can squeeze into the play offs. I would be happy with that.

We must give Monk a 3/5 year deal as well. I'm so happy to be so wrong about him. Really grown on me.

I don't think y0u'll catch us (Newcastle) but I think you could catch Brighton for 2nd place. They could well tail off due to the size of their squad. I suspect, regardless, you'll come up anyway

They've also had their fair share of luck, they won't have it all their way this season

I wouldn't say its particularly strong myself. They have a cracking first team and a good manager (one I hugely admire and respect) but after that it doesn't strike me as scary and they do have a habit of fading away.
