    What ya waffling about. Raw has always met people of here for a beer or three. If ya bothered to actually read some threads, you'd know this. This board is almost 6 years old. Loads have met up.

    I've not met anyone (to my knowledge ) on here and I know meet ups do happen -I do read threads but a regular pre match meet up place sounds good to me

    Off to daughters in Sheffield over New Year but aim to be back for the Liverpool match
    Victory beckons - with 3pts and me wearing my lucky Sunderland socks

    Random fact.

    Up until 1956 football was also played on xmas day, with many a time playing the same team the next day.

    1914 sunderland beat the horse wallopers 4-0 at Roker.

    Next day at their bigtop, 4-2 to them.

    40,000 at Roker. So xmas day footy must have been popular.

    Who'd go on xmas day?
