Well in Decimal that is 170, so we're doing ok. Score tomorrow and it's 341. Don't score it's 340. If we just look at the last 4 games (1010), it's 8! That's 2 goals a game. Don't know what you are all moaning about.
Just looked at a Bompey forum and I had to laugh, they are worse than Pompey fans! I only looked at the last 4 pages and the over confidence is amazing, not one person said they would lose. Not one! I think a bit of respect is due. Wasn't going to predict this but, I think it will be a hard fought 2-1 to us or a 2-2.
The main difference in their fans is that most of them are positive and optimistic, the trend for our supporters is to be negative and critical, who deserves to win the most?
I can't bear to think what will happen if we don't score or lose today. There is no way I will dare to take a look on here - it will be carnage.
If you can maintaun a sense of irony and detachment, it will be quite funny looking on here. I'd be more concerned, though, about the atmosphere at home to Spurs. A win today would go a long way to giving us a lift us for that.
It's one of those games that will make could push the fans either way. At the end of the game we will be either really happy or incredibly frustrated, no in between! A win and we will think, 7 out of 9 points has been a great week and we will be top 8. A loss or draw and some will want Puel out!
Be fantastic to get three points today before the Xmas break.....far too blooming long in my opinion, though I bet the team are happy. Losing won't throw me into despair though....I think this is a season where we will get enough points to bob along in the top ten with occasional little forays into the bottom half. We will never be in danger, but I would be amazed if we were above 7th at the seasons end. We have been spoilt and gained a sense of entitlement....this will be an ok season (even a good one, depending on the cups).
