You really are a bit strange, unless someone's paying you to be like this have you ever thought of seeking help?
I'd take Wells from Huddersfield, it's about time he made the step up, he's done it enough in the Championship. Couldn't see the harm in Paddy Madden either, provided Scunthorpe don't hang us out to dry.
I rate Madden - that won't go down well on here! I was blasted for having the audacity to suggest him on numerous threads. A player that is quick, skilful and can finish? That won't be appreciated by some on here!!
yeah you bastard, we should sign rosie back, instead of looking onwards and upwards, lets look backwards cos he is one of OLMs faves
I think if we are going to go down - and let's face it, we are - then Madden now would be a wiser move than in 6 months time. My only worry would be that Yeovil gave him the boot after 9 games because he looked nothing like good enough for the Championship. So it would be a big gamble. I believe he's also out of contract at the end of the season.
If nothing else brings a smile to your face, the value of the club plummets after every defeat, any perspective owners are now buying a club destined for the Championship. Serves our ****ish owners right.
I'm not having that, we moved from BP to the KCOM and got promoted in the first full season we played there. Arsenal only lost twice at the Emirates in the first 2 or 3 seasons there. Its easy to blame the ground because you're not winning but it really only effects you the fans and not the team.
Please don't tell me you really want this excuse for a stadium to become your home. You would be better off tearing it down and starting again. Walking for an hour in a procession of circles of eight after the game to move about 800 yards. First and last time, you can stuff it!
That was good, today. Thoroughly enjoyed the game, just a pity we can't finish - at the moment. All the players cut the mustard for me; just some a tad more than others. Finishing is one part skill, nine parts confidence. These players will gain confidence from this. I caught Phelan's post match on Sky and he spoke of not commenting on referees and supporting his own lad - I liked that. There was a touch of anger in his voice , too; I liked that even more. We're not done yet. UTT.
I can't remember the last time I saw City play as well as this away in the PL. We had no right to expect a performance of this quality given the way things are for us right now. We must have used up a full season of bad luck today and WHU are fully aware of their outrageous good fortune in winning that. The players seem united and determined and bust a gut today. Disappointing that quite a few fans just filed out blankly as the players came over to thank the fans. I thought the performance today deserved long applause from ALL travelling fans. If we play like this in the majority of games between now and the end of the season, I would fancy us to stay up. Just need the fans to stick with them. Jermaine Jenas must have awoken from a long coma if the best insight he has is that we need a goalscorer. We need new owners. Simple as that.
I don't know if it's been said yet. Leicester (and Sunderland, but that's where the similarity ends) were dead and buried bottom (ish) of the league at this stage, with a squad similar to ours, playing some alright stuff and creating chances like we've been doing the last three games yet still always losing. All of a sudden things started going right at both ends of the pitch and they went on that fabulous run to stay up at our expense. Then they won the league. Now they're getting relegated because we're going on a marvellous winning run. What goes around comes around.
