Dad loved this record from the early 40's as did my wife's mum( who I never met). Sung by the "Forces Sweetheart" who survives today aged 99.
It was named because the original land was on a farm bought by a retired British major who named It Chelsea out of respect for the Royal Hospital, Chelsea. Whether the Clinton's named their daughter after this borough in New York or the one in Chelsea is of course open to debate. I go with it being the NY one
