    Camera enforcement for moving traffic offences like that is not yet available to local councils (outside London).

    Looks great but i still don't see how it's going to be finished by Friday next week, not a single slab laid in that pic ffs. It'll take them a week just to clean the **** up and give it all a blast with a jetwash.

    I just expect it to be ready when clearly it isn't going to be, we were awarded COC over 3 years ago and to have vast swathes of the city centre upturned until March is a disgrace.
