How many times this season have we scored 3 goals?

It was a question, I genuinely don't know but I can only remember Norwich.

But I do have faith, I don't think Brentford is gonna be an easy game, especially without Wood. I think we can win but it'll take a similar amount of thought from Monk as the Reading game did. I think it'll be a close game and I'm predicting a 1-0 win. A lot of teams around us are likely to drop points this weekend so it'd be a really great game to win to consolidate our position in the top 6

 

I think Antonnson deserves a stab in woods shoes, he scored 3 for the U23s before his knock. People need to take their chance when offered so I expect whoever to hit the target

 

I think Monk will play the Duke up front, Sacko and Dallas on the wings and Roofe in behind him

 

Depends on whether monk wants to change his system, if he continues with one up front, I'm guessing Doukara will get the nod. Not sure monk fancies Antonsson as a lone striker.

 

I personally think Wood is just average, there's nothing exciting about him and he doesn't make his own goals so to speak. Should we get promoted I don't think he'll be good enough in prem.

We need a striker who can create his own goals, can scare defences and score from outside the 6 yard box as well as score multiple goals occasionally.

If he doesn't play against Brentford it's going to be interesting to see who Monk picks, what formation he uses and most importantly, how we go as a team and a strike force.

We've been playing with a single striker for a few seasons now, Morison was a disaster and since him we haven't exactly been scoring lots of goals, or breaking records with shots on target, or shots for that matter; one day the message will sink in.

Bridcutt walking straight back into team? not against it but, what happened to Monks "players have to earn their place in team"
