He's done exceedingly good on a hardly enviable budget, look at big ken and his apparently empty pockets for failures really. He's a fan of the area as well what more cud ya ask for?

he is a very good manager who has his hands tied behind his back through lack of funds and support from bates, he has done fantastic against all the odds........

I stand with Clivetime (I was even accused of being him yesterday lol), if it wasn#'t for the distration (or excuse) of Bates, Grayson would have been turned on months ago...... How can any sane person forgive the performances we have seen, the goals conceded, points dropped, crazy team selections, and substitutions etc etc and honestly, hand on heart think he knows what he is doing....?? crazy, just crazy So Im in the minority, no problem I accept that, I dont think that will be for long. if grayson is not getting the backing from bates then what the hell is he suppose to do ....you are lucky he can mold mediocre players into some sort of a team.....he cant help it if he is not allowed to bring in players of the caluber you need is it. you should be grateful that he has fantastic management skills or you could be a lot worse off, changing the manager wont make a blind bit of difference as they will be in the same boat with no funds to improve the team. get on bates back not graysons its his doing....
