Yeah he's a funny guy alright 32m for Sissoko was the best of his jokes this year.

 

They spent a combined £60m on Vincent Janssen, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Moussa Sissoko.

Funniest one was when we sold Robbie Keane to Pool for 23 Mill and bought him back 6 months later for 10 mill.

 

That has to be one of Levy's all-time best wums!

Keane joined in by proclaiming that he had joined his boy-hood club.

Benitez was furious and refused to play him! It was he who cost 'Pool £13 million and nearly bankrupted the club!

 

I watched most of our game and he actually played well last night, admittedly for the first time. But we got a sense of what he's capable of...

He was back to that direct powerful running, and Hull couldn't handle him..

Eriksen was the star for us, but he wasn't far behind....

 

... just a shame you can't play an injury ravaged, thoroughly demoralied, Hull City every week then?

 

Hull had no real injury concerns. And I expect they are demoralised - now. They got their arses kicked!...

 

Robbie Keane was **** when you bought him back. Pool fleeced you for out of date goods.
You got a great deal when you sold him and then handed Pool back nearly half of that, for a has-been.

It was probably more a case of Levy recognising that 'Pool didn't have the money to pay the £23m for Keane, and deciding to cut his losses and take the player back for a discount.

 

Liverpool need all the financial help they can get so that they can invest it all in to turning Saint's best players in to ****e.

 

The closet Saints fan is going to be fuming when he sees this!

 

Man Utd (Shaw & Sneiderlen), Arsenal (Chambers) and Spurs (Alderweireld & Wanayama) have all tried and failed this approach...

I'd disagree. Wanayama has done a good job this season. For £11 mill he's been a bargain.

Lallana has finally flourished under Klopp. The rest have largely been short though..

 

Clyne's been good too, same for Mane and to a lesser extent Lovren too.

 

Lallana, Clyne, Mane, and Lovren have all turned out to be excellent signings for Liverpool.

Wum **** up all round lads!

 

So basically, it was just the £4m spent on Lambert that was poor? #gutted

 

Yeah we got robbed...of 4mil.


Oh well we sold Ibe to Bournemouth for £15mil (ish).
