I'm training to not be a fat bastard like Obi in the initial stages mate. Need to burn some fat pronto. He has me doing HIT stuff which really knacks me which is good I think. Beyond phase 1, phase 2 is all about increasing running speed to allow me to get back to worthwhile long distance running. He's an ultra runner and has done the marathon des sable and a 100+ mile Leeds to Liverpool canal path run so knows his long distance stuff.
