All foreign managed. Only Spurs and Liverpool doing much for English players. Man Utd produce them but can't afford to play them for fear of not being able to compete. So they develop them to a point. Chelsea have about 50 out in loan. The top league in this country is a joke. It's filtered down into the championship now as foreign owners seek riches of the PL We've been no better until Benitez came in. And he's foreign too.
