Yep. There's nowt like relegation to the third division, playoff defeats and playing Dag & Red in the FA cup third round or Lincoln in the JPT trophy in front of a few hundred fans to make our current situation special

No mate its not a dry humping if you don't qualify from your group....its certainly not much difference between going out in the group stage and going out in the next round. Infact...I'll most likely still have European football to watch whilst you and your little pet Foxes are out. Ohh but you played big teams lol. Clutching at straws fam.

Who at Spurs says its beneath them? We had a strong team out in our last group game so we could get to the Europa knockout stages. The game before we had a weaker team out and we still had the chance to progress in the CL. So its not beneath us...its the nature of the competition that take a toll on your squad and that's what most may gripe about.

You can raise your profile in the Europa too. Yet a lot of the Foxes on here frown at it it seems. Absolutely shocking. Its like 'new' money trying to tell 'old' money how to roll.

Your club doesn't know how to handle a bit of success. You remind me of the giddy girl at the party who hollas everyone because she thinks she's made it now she balling with the likes of me. However I've seen it all and come the end of the night she will be sat on the stairs with tears streaming down her eyes, mascara everywhere and the lads will be giving her some sly upskirts whilst pretending to console her.

It kills you that we're not that bothered.

I've seen us play in England's hell holes. Hartlepool, Scunthorpe, Tottenham, Hull... We've completed it, we've done what nobody in Leicester ever thought we'd do. We'll just ride this season out with a massive grin on our faces because we've put our chips on the Champions League.

We're certainly not the handful of Leicester fans that think this way. I don't know a single real Leicester fan that wants Ranieri out or is fed up with losing every week. We're still in the Premier League with a superb squad. This is what we've been waiting nearly 20 years for.

Nah mate, I'm boasting about winning the league and being into the last 16 of the Champions having won our group with utter ease.

 

This whole thread is testament to the bitterness of Spurs fans....and Skylarker.
This whole thread was utterly pointless and uncalled for.
Everyone knew that it would be extremely unlikely that Leicester would match last seasons success this season.
I dont think a single Leicester fan was claiming they were going to win back to back titles or the CL.
Even the most optimistic of Foxes was saying Top 4 would be a really good result this season.

This thread, from the start , basically just may as well have been called "****, Leicester won the league and we haven't, at least next season they will probably not do anywhere near as good, so lets make this thread to laugh at them when that happens......."

Long title I know, but would have been more honest.

Nice to see the envious got a little solace from us being narrowly beaten by a Bournemouth side who recently put 4 past the title challengers Liverpool (who also couldn't beat a West Ham who had conceded 5 at home against some genuine title contenders in their previous game) - that's footie boys ......

Bournemouth are a tidy side ... which is more reason why we can take it on the chin (rather than up the arse like Spurs' disastrous UCL campaign ) plus the fact that we really should have got something out of that game ... some great defending from their lads ...
