Thanks for the advice. On the other hand, how about you not making assumptions on comments I do or don't make, then we won't have this nonsense. Easy isn't it!

Yep, you show me that I was implying you were referring to immigration or that I had put words into your mouth and the conversation stops.
All I did was give a view as to why Paul had mentioned immigration and this has led to you kicking off.

As I said the MEPs would have had a vote on it and could have voted no

I watched Muslims Like Us and found it to be an interesting opening to the series.
They managed to pick a very diverse group, but that also might be part of the problem that Muslims will have with it.
There's nobody there that I recognise as an average Muslim.

You've got everything from the genuine extremist to the most moderate and westernised and some glaring issues between them.
Where's the average guy with a normal job that prays five times a day and has a family? At home, not being on TV.
They didn't **** about and avoid any issues, though. Where does it go from here, though?

Daily Mail: Zero Stars. Telegraph: 4 out of 5. The Times: 4 out of 5.
Lots of Muslims working for the Mail, apparently.

From what I can see there's been a mixed reaction from Mulsims, just as I thought there would be.
It's almost as if that's the whole point in the programme, isn't it?

That doesn't make sense. Those stars are from critics not muslims.

You can be a Muslim and a critic, you know? I was clearly joking, though.

Custard said that it got mixed reviews and was condemned by Muslims.
    The Mail condemned it, so...

Not like you to make sweeping generalisations about Muslims.

At least one of them wanted to deport those already here. I am also not a disciple of anyone at all. If I remember correctly you did not stick you nose into this discussion until recently so you may not have read everything posted.

That it got mixed reviews? I not only didn't dispute that, but I gave examples of it.

I think that you're mistaking me for your daily diet of Mail and Express articles, Pete.
