Thread was posted before the game.... just because the norms couldn't see it doesn't mean it wasn't there!

thats the case with every thread though.... its the act of posting it out loud and proud that was the lucky charm... that CERTAIN people panicked about and then reversed the good luck with their negativity.

    they've ruined our season!

    presser is on:

    Klopp on pressing game
We are still on the way, what can I say? It’s a question of rhythm and balance, the rhythm is good, the balance was not that good.

Our offensive movement, patterns, whatever, it was so quick no one could follow. We are a really good football playing side.

Always the balance of risk and protection, we have to adapt that to the new line up.

    Klopp on Middlesbrough
In one moment they are a possession side, in another - against Arsenal and City - they are not.

They are difficult. But they haven’t collected 500 points, so we have to use our experience from the last few games, try to do better and win.

    Klopp on criticism
My job is to protect the players as much as we can, but I can’t do that when they’re on the pitch.

I’m not surprised about it. In my first press conference I spoke about English media, and the pundits, the former players, forgot completely how it felt when they get criticised.

Especially the Neville brothers, the one who was a manager, he should know.

He’s not interested in helping a Liverpool player.

I don’t listen to them. Carra doesn’t speak too much about United players, and the Neville brothers don’t care much about Liverpool.

Tell him I’m not on Twitter. If he wants me, Twitter doesn’t help.

    Klopp on January plans

The winter transfer market is the most difficult. We are always looking.
If you watch our bench, very experienced in defence & not offence. If the situation stays like this it is clear we have open eyes

    Klopp on challenging

Around in the last 10 games you need to be in a position to fight for something. We are good enough to be fighting at the top. Only the good teams can fight for it. If the gap is getting bigger because of our results, it’s our fault. We don’t think about the distance of the two teams.

It’s all good in the moment. Things like the last two games happen. We are not surprised things like this happen, especially West Ham. Only we can sort it, that’s all.

    Klopp on title race
    “It’s over,” Klopp jokes.

I think it makes absolutely no sense to count the points between you and the other teams at this stage of the season.

    Klopp on Karius
I’m not interested in creating headlines. No time to write what you want, a few things are obvious, a few things aren’t... working with the goalkeepers and other players, that’s all I care about.

It’s never about one player. I have nothing to say, only because I can’t say in it so it’s useful for us.

    Klopp on not taking chances
You have to strike back, when I heard about a new record of shooting in the box, that was interesting, that was my feeling. How can you always be used to being in a box so much?

You do right, you force situations, in other situations we could have done better. We never forced an own goal with a hard pass with crossing in our box. A lot of things for us to analyse but only two days until the next game, so we have to do a few things, make little changes.

We are still in a good way. It’s our mistake, cost us five points.

    Klopp on life without Coutinho
I know everybody misses Phil, because of the part he played... But we have to adapt now, we know what we have to work on.

    Klopp on conceding
It’s quite difficult to work on free kicks or deflected balls. In most situations, we have been good in defending.

Yesterday we had a little bit of a problem, there is a clear rule, the boys are responsible for the good things and the bad things.

I remember my meeting and it was about striking back, then we were really too offensive, no protection.

    Klopp on conceding goals
As a manager if you concede goals how can you be happy about this? I cannot be part of discussions in the media.

It's kicking off between Carra and Didi
    All in good humour.

    I think.

some interesting points there from klopp

    1. i think you can read that he knows where we are weak as **** but he's not sure he can do all that much in january about it

    2. he's identifying that the transition phase between attack and defence is an issue. "with the new line up"

    3. clearly neville has got up his nose and i think this is an error. they are now reacting to a pundit mouthing and that will only exacerbate the mouth. when you are talking you are losing basically.

Rubbish. Just because you don't see and hear about some horrible things in the world doesn't mean they aren't happening... like mito posting the thread early and jinxing us!

Boro has only scored 6 goals at home and only won once. They have had more points away than at home.

Karius should have a quiet game. Fingers crossed.

You are trying your best so now i am 100% not going to post it and YOU are going to be the one to bkame when boro win.

We had a 100% win record when i posted early so thats a lucky charm but of course you'd rather lfc lost so you can get your dig in sadly.

We made a very average West Ham team look decent and capitulated against Bournmouth. Boro don't score many but you can put money on them scoring against our shower of defensive ****. The good news is that we are still scoring....I call a score draw. Hope we stuff them but as unlikely as a clean sheet atm.

Any news on the injury front? What the **** is wrong with Studge?? Is Can back?
