@astro for a stats man you love reeling off goals and assists for poggers yet Lukakus stats don't mean anything XD.

Heres some stats for you (other pool fans can ignore this).

Origi STRIKER 12 appearances, 3 goals 0 Asssts, points won from goals = 4
Sturridge WORLD CLASS STRIKER 9 appearnces 0 goals, points won = 0
    Poggers MIDFIELDER 14 appearances 2 goals 1 assists points won = 4

If you add Sturridge and Origi's fees together and then multiply it by 4, it's still cheaper than Pogba <laugh>

Yes but 1 player has the impact of 2 players, not just that 1 really poor player (or we are led to believe) :D. You could pay as little or as much as you want, if they are having the same impact that isn't going to make you successful :p

Carra and G Neville got OTT with their comments on Karius.

    Karius responds.

    The Neville inbreds respond back.

    Klopp defends his player.

But of passion and banter. Love it

The Everton fans tried doing this with Lukaku (comparing him Borini, Lambert and a injured Studge).

Why try and compare to our lesser players (which both Origi and Studge are, they're not first choice) to try and make yourself feel better about one of your own?

How does he stack up to one of our first team attacking midfielders? Say Coutinho? Or Lallana?

This is ridiculous. Like Wenger said: "every man thinks he has the most beautiful wife at home" .

    - My player is better than yours.
    - No he isn't
    -yes he is.

Is this Christmas by any chance?

Saying things like Karius is killing this team? I mentioned before that some of their comments are quite direct and personal. I remember taking the piss at Moreno say he doesn't feel comfortable with him on the pitch.

Carra is essentially the new Mark Lawrenson.

For the record, there is no problem with criticism of the players. But I feel they harshly focus too much on individuals.

I would say to pundits that concentration on analysis other than direct criticism would avoid all the arguments but then arguments is what they really want.

It's all a bit crap really.

But its not BBC sport's job to allow one of their employees to get involved in an argument between an employee of a rival and a Liverpool player, some might see that as bullying instead of punditry.:emoticon-0105-wink:

Maybe bullying is harsh but it's in the same ball park. Like I just said pundits are there to cause arguments, analysis is secondary and that's quite sad.
