We're the same. That second goal is almost a psychological problem.

Partly why I enjoyed our game yesterday...goals just kept coming (although I'll readily admit that I only began to relax after the 4th went in ...and then look what fookin happened). ...:)

  3. I predicted that we'd lose today.

We've lost the ability to score, and until that comes back, we're liable to play the odd toothless game, as we did today. There is no point in having England's best striker in your team if you don't get the ball to him.

We will struggle to make top 4, this season.

Would you like to backtrack on your claim that 'Spurs are the better team' compared to Arsenal and Liverpool. ?

No penalties means no goals for the spuds.

Called it at the start of the season, that Utd and the Spuds would be battling out for 5th/6th this season.

It's frustrating isn't it. What United and Spurs both showed today was a real intensity to win the ball back and get it forward. We've been like that all season and you can't fault that. But as soon as they get it to the opposition box, it's... errrrrm what shall we do now? It's almost as if "we'll play it into the danger area and hopefully it will fall to someone". That coupled with the fact there's no one actually in the danger area <laugh> that ends up being the problem!

That's very brave of you. Would you like to "call it" for your own team fella?

It's always that final ball with us. We just lack the creativity to break a defence down.

  13. In what sense should I backtrack, Pixie?

    Honest appraisal by Hiag.

Now that United are only 3 points and Watford 6 points behind you it could be a 3 way battle for 5th.

Little midget Poch "looking to the future" after loss to Manchester United as he's "targetted by Atletico Madrid to take over there". Think he peaked too early last season and now is looking to do the off.

Maybe due to the fact that Arsenal are 7 points ahead of Spurs. Not sure how they can be better than Arsenal given that fact, can you explain ?

I've predicted that we'd finish 2nd this season. My prediction for the Spuds and Utd battling for 5th and 6th is currently bearing fruit <ok>

Meh... there's no winning there fella, just different degrees of losing. Typical gooner logic <ok>
