I have to work every single holiday except Xmas day and Thanksgiving. I'm forced to take a day off on those two days and it comes out of my paid time off. I usually work minor holidays like memorial day and labour day rather than use vacation days on those holidays because management feel sorry for us and let us go an hour early.
Was having a bit of fun in the car tonight, wet road, was interested in what it could do in the conditions, nearly lost the back end in one corner on the dual carriageway when it stepped out ... was glad I did those track days right then
Pub crawl went great yesterday 19 pubs visited and never had the same beer all day, such a massive choice of ales nowadays. Only had a half in each, surprisingly I feel fine today. Got back home just after midnight, we started at 12.30, and we watched Phoenix Nights until 2.30 AM.
