Not particularly. Its not as simple as a team just being able to cut out all their stupid errors, improve their attacking creativity and defensive organisation for one game. Everton don't do well usually in derbies anyway because they get themselves too worked up and emotional resulting in them completely ****ting the bed in the games. Even if they turn up and beat us, its only 1 game out of 38, our performances over all 38 games are more important than just the derby in December.

I think complaining about no winter break is what the English do because they simply can't accept they just aren't good enough to do anything at a major tournament. Our players had no winter break yet we got to the Euro semi finals.

I thought it was the German Klopp, the Dutch Van Gaal, the Scot Ferguson and a few foreign players who complained about no winter break. The English players, FA, PL and fans all seem set against it
