He will get the best out of the players, but is a bit tactically inept, if it starts to go wrong he doesn't know what to do, but that comes with experience. I was sad to see him leave and thought he deserved to be given another season, (certainly better than Grant) I really hope he does well with you as he was a likeable guy.
