The Carlsberg comment got me thinking - what do I actually enjoy drinking?

Quite partial to Amstel. Tuborg is nice. Gotta confess to being quite a big Desperado fan! Brahma is also right up there, Cobra decent too. Corrs would complete my set!

Budweiser has to be the most overrated drink out there. Don't mind it, but the King of Beers it is not. Stella I'm not a fan of, and Kronenberg is either bang on or horrible. Erratic pint! Peroni - just because you have a cool glass and cool taps doesn't make your pint worth £4.30 +. Massively overrated again.

Frofters, Carlsberg and Carling would be bottom of League 2 for me.

Quite partial to an ale, and don't judge me BUT - Blackcurrant MAKES Guinness a lot better!

Anything Brewed by Adnams pretty much sums it up! <ok>

Unlike any of that Gnats Piss Greene King serve these days!

Fullers London Pride is a really decent session Beer and it tends to travel well.

Oh and of course Charles Wells Eagle or Bombardier <ok>

    Adnams Explorer for me..

Though when it comes to lagers I have a penchant for Steinhäuser (lovely lager from Aldi) and my personal favourite of 'Brooklyn Lager' (Same recipe as 1920 prohibition) as well as Blue Moon, Samuel Adams and Anchor Steam... though my wallet enjoys American craft beers a bit less <laugh>

In fact, during the summer I tend to go a little lairy for the ciders.. So tend to drink my way through Aspall (when I can get it) and anything local to where I am drinking.

I don't drink Beer that often nowadays I'm far happier with a glass of Rioja or Pinot Noir or Sancere.

Like Westy I'm still a lager man.
I always thought Tuborg was the continental equivalent of Carslberg Export. A good beer and my usual whilst I was in Holland. Carlsberg Export was my favourite back in England but never any of the 3.5% regular crap that's actually brewed there. Stella I'm not a big fan of but will drink on occasion.
German beers are good, I like Warsteiner and when it comes to craft beers then Red Trolley and Fat Tire are the ones for me.

Gotta be Adnams!....all forms! If none served, also like Sharps Doom Bar...lovely drop. And then there's Badgers...very drinkable and easy to find down south. Not a lager man, but when in France, I like a Leffe or two, beautiful golden drop....originally brewed by monks of course! I too tend to veer towards el vino and prefer reds, but love the NZ crisp fruity whites...but not their price tags!

I enjoyed the beer that Iron Maiden produced/marketed "The Trooper" when I found a place that pulled it.

(formally) Local brewers to me such as Facers and Purple Moose brew some good pints.

Has any body ever tried any of Brewdogs "Beers"?
