  5. I've nicked your idea and started an "all-time worst Spurs XI" thread over on the Spurs board.

    I hope you don't mind...

  6. Please feel free Mr H. I would participate but I don't know enough of your team. Your namesake though was my old secretary's heartthrob :)

Now I hope Mr 20K will start one of these threads here too <ok>

Where i live is one of the most deprived parts of Wales but that's due to the Scouse and Manc dole scum that have moved here over the years <grr>

  8. It must have been the mullet. Or it could have been those ridiculously tight shorts <ok>

The only player of yours that I know to have been truly awful was Willie Young, and that's not because he turned traitor on us. He would have been better suited to tossing-the-caber.

  9. Never looked at them..... on any player. Back then Arsenal Ladies had not come about yet ;) ( they started in 1987 )

Well Willie Young was there when I came to watch and follow Arsenal. Didn't realise we got him from you just as we did, Pat Jennings. One day back in the late 70s I saw a photograph of Pat coming out of his Mini. LOL Mini. These days you never see a footballer in anything less than an expensive Merc, Aston, Bentley or 4x4!!!

I'll have a look at your thread to see how many names I recall.

    Cheers

  10. Be warned! It is a roll-call of infamy, the likes of which has rarely been assembled in one place.

A very good player in his day.

You must be older than me though, he died in 1958.
