Last year I bought one on the eve of the season, will do the same this year, prefer being in north upper but will stay in north lower if Roland is still here and save £150

They're not really working on PR or marketing letting the fans know why they "should" renew. Do you remember the video that the last owners put in place for Powell, or the one before that with Keith Peacock saying that they really needed our support.

It just seems that Dôucébag don't care.

One thing there will be a decrease, but probably be around the 12%-15% mark. Which is a lot less than the 40% drop of last year, but still a bit of a disaster for them.

I don't know, they've used images of Denis Rommedhal to highlight the Back To The Valley theme.

Presumably Thomas Driesson has trawled through a list of all of the players to grace The Valley in that time and chosen the best.

The reaction of Charlton fans on social media has been overwhelming negative. With one exception <cheers>

A new classic coming from Sue Parkes..

Sue makes herself fair game with comments like this. I'm sure everyone on this site has spent hell of a lot more money than you on Charlton, Sue.

She's saying that fans should accept any old toot at any old price without expressing any opinions. The club is absolved from any responsibility to provide an attractive product. Owners like the Oystons, Roland, Sisu, The Venkys are all good, it's the fans who are bad. It's the self-righteous tone that grates.

She doesn't get pissed off as it's not her money that she spends. She feels upset when Charlton lose, I have no doubt. But she's never been in that position when you travel back from an away game and you sit calculating the funds spent, the nightmare of train delays in the rain whilst being goaded by the opposition on the other side of the platform, manhandling by away stewards.

She has no idea. So she should be quiet.

What she is saying is that you should always go to your local restaurant whatever overpriced cr@p they serve up and however bad the service is!

She's a stubborn old goat. She knows she talks rubbish half of the time, but can't bring herself to tell the truth.

Certain senior members of CARD <whistle> posted on CL barely 3 years ago how quote "reassuring" they found it to see Sue in the Directors Box at some far flung Northern outpost.

The inference being that Sue was some sort of link back to the failed Murray era when the same folk had their own snouts in the trough.

    How times have changed.

They've done a complete U-Turn about many Charlton people, from Murray to S&J, but when self interest was in place they chose to offer nothing but blind support or convenient silences no matter how it effected CAFC.

I know who she's on about, the person! Had many a conversation about Charlton with him; alright person. Wouldn't want Sue championing them.

One of my top ten moments supporting Charlton.

He was a major disappointment other than that, although scored an absolute screamer up at Newcastle.
