My view is that we will sell any player where an offer is made, and cobble a team together with what remains + kids

I think Picks will point blank refuse to go. I believe he has 4 years left on his contract. He will be pressured to go but hope he tells them to f*ck off.

Hope like mad that Jordan Pickford will stay....he will only enhance his England career by keeping plenty of clean sheets next season.

Jordan will do what is best for him which is an absolute given for me.
If the England manager tells him that staying with us will have no effect on his England ambitions then I think he will stay, however when was the last time anyone connected to the England set up did anything which favoured our club.

I hope he stays and I think he wants to stay to but Sunderland will cash in on him. Man city will sign him I say.

That would be a big mistake though, going somewhere like City or any of the top 4 or 5 clubs.

He can't work on securing his England place from the bench.

I think that's why City would be a likely destination for him though, I think he's better than Hart and Canyonero and he's sure as hell better than Bravo so I see him going straight into the first team.

I think Pickford would be first choice at man city and Liverpool. If not then he wouldnt go pal.

I actually think Pickford will stay, I don't think he'll be guaranteed a place in any top club's first 11. He'd probably be the number one at City or Liverpool by the end of the season, perhaps Arsenal as well, but he's not at that top level just yet to walk right into any club at the top and take the no 1 jersey. Top clubs don't really like 'bedding in' periods for GK's.

This is just my opinion, but I'd have expected a top keeper to save at least one of those three goals on Sunday. To say he should have stopped them all would be harsh, but one out of the three should have been standard procedure. If he's prone to games like that, Pep would never trust him after the season he's having with that muppet Bravo. I know the defenders, in particular Kone were to blame more than anybody else by the way, it's just how I see it.

I think he's still got a lot to learn and he's definitely heading right to the top, but he should stay at Sunderland for another year and be part of a team with hopefully a completely different mentality to this season.

Both you and Nacho see him as first choice at City! <ok>

I still see him as the unfinished item.

Not a chance he will stay IMHO
Reason 1 - SAFC will be absolutely desperate to sell him, and will pimp him out to all agents
Reason 2 - fringe England player will need to maintain his profile, and will need to be in the Prem

Totally agree that he needs to go to a team that guarantees him 1st team football though

Of course he needs to improve and so on but looking at city and Liverpool goalkeepers he is already above them.

Hope the bloke stays but we know what short will do.

I think you're right, he probably is above anybody at Liverpool and City, but that doesn't mean they'll go for him. There's a lot of goalkeepers out there who are better than what either of those clubs have. I can't see Klopp splashing £20-£25m on a goalkeeper, maybe Pep would but it'll depend on value imo.

Folk talking about £90m for Donnarumma, it's ridiculous, the lad might end up being the best ever but stick a **** back four in front of him and he'll concede 5 every game.

    Pickford £20m + add ons
    Kone £10m
    Lens £5m
    KhazrI £3m
    Borini £2m
    Mannone £1m
    Matthews nominal
    Buckley nominal
    Mika nominal

Ndong I have no idea. He deserves to play top flight but we'd have to take a massive hit if we sell him.

I'd hope the money raised will be available for recruitment with revenue, tv money and parachute payments going toward the debt.

I'm hoping we go for quality over quantity to go with what we have left a mixture of experience and some talented if unproven youngstets

    Djilobodji
    McNair
    Jones
    Oviedo
    Love
    Cattermole
    Gibson
    Rodwell
    Honeyman
    Gooch
    Watmore

Then promote some of the youngsters to the first team squad

    Ethan Robson
    Tom Robson
    Embleton
    Molyneux
    Greenwood
    Maja
    Asoro

Think we'll need to sign 1st team keeper and a back up. Centre back, winger and a target man.

Really think we be alight as long as Moyes isn't here to drag us into oblivion

Aye you right they may not go for him but I think if city or Liverpool offer 15m we will sell. I wouldn't sell for less than 25m me but we know what Sunderland are like.

Sorry but I rather have borini , khazri and mannone than sell them that cheap. We need to start getting most of the money back and if not they stay and it's simple as that.
