I think if we had Mane fit for the last few games we should finish above Manchester city. Next season we
should be able to cope better with injuries to key platers.

    I presume you meant City?

I agree but we shouldn't have needed Mane - we dropped 7 points out of 9 in our last 3 homes before Boro.

All we needed was an extra 3, since we already got 2, it equates to just 5 points from 3 home games.

I doubt if Sakho is going to stay with Palace after big Sam has resigned. I don't know about Sturridge, even playing seventy per cent of the game in a season
is a very good call for keep.

Sakho is a goner - some other club will take a punt on him, I feel he will have a number of suitors.

If selling Sturridge means we get someone like Lacazette, Dolberg etc, then I'm all for it. I love Sturridge and he's quality, but unless he's happy to accept being second or third fiddle, then we should move on.

We can't plan around him and in this day and age, planning the squad for the busy season ahead is paramount. Unfortunately, he's just a luxury.

Sturridge went to America in 2015 hoping to sort his thigh, calf and hip problems. He made 18 appearances that season and since then he's had 25 and 26, which is higher than most of the rest of his career and yet he's still having issues. I suspect his ability to command a big wage with his physio file will determine if he stays and is happy to be the understudy. I doubt Klopp has as a big a problem with him as Sakho.

I think you are probably right.

He will play if fit and doesn't have a bad word said about him bar he can't be fit really. never heard another player or a manager whine about him

Coutinho is having a great season and isn't sulking about the summer and he would be cuptied in the champions league. He won't leave until the summer.

Can on the other hand looks like he doesnt give a sh!t and will be gone in the summer.

Can will have an announcement on jan 1 i think.

Coutinho will know going to world cup that he can leave but no deal will be done before the world cup is over imo.
