I recommend these fella. Though it's not helped me in certain areas, it's helped turn me from a complete **** house into a half decent human being. You've got a bit of depth about you Billy. I reckon those books could help bring out the best in you.

You don't give yourself much credibility when one moment you are calling out the big boys and the next moment you are starting threads about ****ing Britain's Got Talent

 

Persevere with the bullshit, he's a yank ivy league psychologist so you can imagine the way it's presented. But there's strong messages and a lot of sense in there.

 

Brian, I've been in front of more shrinks than you can imagine.
None of them helped me, they just put me on cocktails of drugs.
Fluoxidine, tamazapam, zopiclone etc, etc.
My daughter is at uni, training to become a psychologist & hats off to her, she's put the graft in.
But those kind of people never helped me, only two did.
One died & the other left me.
Still, life moves on, you do what you have to & crack on with stuff.
