    Yup.....
Also Arsenal are on 30 trophies, Chelsea are on 22.
Not sure where those stats above came from......
Unless you are counting Charity shields and Simod Cups etc <laugh>

    Arsenal:

    League titles: 13
    FA Cups: 13
    League Cups: 2
    Cup Winners' Cups: 1
    UEFA Cups: 1

    Total: 30

    Chelsea

    League titles: 6
    FA Cups: 7
    League cups: 5
    Cup Winners Cups: 2
    UEFA Cups: 1
    European Cups: 1

    Total: 22

They came from Wiki, total trophies including everything. But even on domestic trophies we're still ahead of you.

League titles, FA cups and league cups

    Arsenal 13 - 13 - 2 (28)
    Chelsea 6 - 7 - 5 (18)
    Spuds 2 - 8 - 4 (14)

Agree that the Champions League is the missing piece in the jigsaw for us though.

Yeah I don't count **** like the European Super Cup, Charity Shield, Simod Cup and other associated ****e.
Same as I wouldn't count FIFA's bullshit World Club Cup (if we had won it).

Not debating you are still ahead, just that all that other ****.....is pointless.

Yeah agree, those trophies shouldn't count. But as above, we have 10 more domestic trophies than Chelsea and 14 more than Spurs.

I use this site for all my historic info.
    http://www.krysstal.com/trophies.html

It's pretty basic but has everything you need.
Has the league tables for every season since the start of the football league.
And every major trophy both in England and Europe.
    It's pretty good.

According to HIAG, Spurs remain England's most successful team EVER, for winning a euro trophy back in the 60's. <laugh>

  10. Spurs opened the European floodgates, not only for London, but for England.

No amount of wummery can get around that fact.

    Sorry.

How does that make Spurs the most successful club in England ?

  12. It's an argument, a point of view.

I'm entitled to my opinion, Pix.

Nope Chelsea were invited to play in the European cup and would have been the first club to play in 1955 but were persuaded not to partake by the home office due to tensions in Europe. I've no doubt we would have won the European cup then.

Spuds always in our shadow. <ok>

Probably you and your sock Bell.

  17. Clearly not, Skiddy. It sounds like the work of the 'Pede, to me. You must, therefore, be counted as a prime suspect.

I've gone for 5th, and feel that I have been generous.

Defo the work of a couple of bells so it had to be you and sock.

  19. Agreed.

Only bell-ends could possibly believe that Arsenal will finish top!
    <laugh>

Chances are that you've just called Pixie and HB a pair of "bells!"
