Im new around here. Are there many Non League fans, on here as some of the other forums i go on, there are alot of fans from League teams, but the Non-League sections are dead to be honest.
Welcome to not606! There are a few non league fans around. Ain't too many though. I'd say that there is a good contribution from fans of league clubs to the non-league section.
I don't know about "through and through" non-league fans, but a lot of us have a non-league side as their "second team"; mine being Havant & Waterlooville
hello guys Although I'm a Spurs Fan,and i now live in Andover i was born and Raised in Sutton, and i still go and watch my former local side Sutton United
Rushden and Diamonds Fan here.... I think we may just be goingthrough one of the worst patches in our Clubs history. In fact we pretty much no longer have a club, save a miracle.
Does Nick Owen of BBC 'Good Morning' and Midlands Today fame still have anything to do with Luton? I thought he was on the board?
This non-league board area will get busier over time. Spread the word on other messageboards. Plus in time teams get relegated/promoted so it will become naturally busier.
it's dead because most non-league,like my one have thier own forums,it will prpbably get busier, when the season begins, and people spred the word
I shall represent the Minstermen contingent then. Big hopes for this season – back to the football league for the first time since 2004.
FC Halifax Town fan here. Looking forward to the BSN and a possible 3rd straight title. Just got the problem of Stockport trying to unsettle our best player!! TBH, the Non League Forum http://nonleagueforum.co.uk is where most of the debate takes place.
I have no club now We are officially in administration and the club is being liquidated. On the plus side there is a phoenix club being formed, AFC Rushden and Diamonds, but this won't be fully active till 2012/13 season.
Why so long away? I guess it's because the phoenix club was formed to late to be included within next season's fixtures list? I'm a fan of Farnborough as well as Portsmouth! Been to quite a few of their games recently.
I think you'll find that people with a 'second club' will talk about it in a league forum as there is so few visitors to the non league section here.
Ray of light for Rushden fans: phoenix clubs can often fly through the leagues if they keep the bulk of their fanbase(which means unmatched gate profits) look at Chester- waltzing through the dreaded glue leagues; even if they only get 1500-2000, how many clubs at that level can say they have that many?Keep the faith, and ward off the vultures at Northampton
