I'd like to thank all of you who recommended Lidl, I now go once a week and do most of my food shopping there, their produce is first class and I save about a third on what I used to spend in Tesco.

I also, naughtily for a diabetic, treat myself to their Italian style gelato, it's scrummy! ;)

I HATE you!!!! Neither of mine is stocking it yet!!!! <yikes>
I'm keeping some space in my freezer for when it does come in, so I should be able to get about 4 tubs of it in, as my fridge freezer is 2/3 and 1/3.
One of my favourites is Tiramisu - HIGHLY recommended. :emoticon-0125-mmm:

They've got various flavours of sorbet, but it's the actual ice cream I prefer!!!!

The strawberry has big pieces of strawberry in it and the chocolate has big chocolate chips in it, I've also tried the lemon sorbet which is very refreshing!

This is for JM Fan, I was in Tesco today and bought a large tub of Carte D'Or gelato "Eton Mess" at half price £1.74. It is lush!

p.s. my cut-off point is jalapenos or habaneros - nothing hotter pour moi <ok>

We went to Gonzo's Tea Room last night. I absolutely loved it! We tried the Canadian classic of "Poutine" which was so tasty! I also tried a Boston Ale called "Harpoon - Take 5". Second weekend in a row I've found out the Pints I was drinking were Brewed in Boston. After Samuel Adams last weekend.

Looks like thinly sliced steak with an entire bottle of sauce squirted over it.
