I only do exercise that I enjoy. Surfing, Swimming, Cycling and Walking. I used to do a bit in the gym but it was ****ing boring. I would say that swimming is probably the best overall workout that you can do. It's a cardio workout with fat busting calorie burning and it's great for improving overall muscle tone, especially core muscles and abs.

Can't understand why Redmond would take a penalty like that when he clearly wasn't feeling up to it.

If you're not that confident, just blast it...surely?

I'm doing most myself, certainly know that fed up feeling <laugh>

I try not to do anything come the weekends so that I still get a decent break each week. Not been the case for the last three weekends though; my dad's helping me with the plaster boarding and in the week is difficult with us both working.

Said to my mate in the pub before the match that it would be penalty heartbreak.

It shouldn't have even gone to pens really. They were far better, different class tbh.

U21's is always a strange age group - if you're good enough you'll be on the bench for the seniors. Effectively it's a team of okay players that aren't good enough to play for the seniors.

U20's is better as they're usually the pick of that age group.

Just done 12 miles on the bike. The trails were nice and dry up until a few days ago, it's pissing down here now and it's like riding in winter again.
Going over to my barn now to wash, scrub and lubricate (the bike)

Shame that that's the way it is. Surely it'd be better for Alli/Rashford etc to get tournament football experience?

Tbh, if Swift and Baker are two of the best young midfielders we've got then we're ****ed. Both are utterly dreadful.

    Scott Parker has retired.

I genuinely thought he retired about 7 years ago.

Mr Huff and Puff has officially hung up his boots.

Looking for an adaptor to take on holiday and stumbled upon a drawer that can be opened in one go. Must tell Mrs Stan so that she can stuff it to bursting point with old photos, cards and mobile phones.

I'm not allowed to throw anything out. Except I do, I go on stealth visits to the dump when she's not around.

Finally got rid of an old Qualcast lawnmower that didn't work which she insisted we kept in case her brother, who has no lawn, might need it at some time in the future. Was taking up half one of my sheds, along with other bits of ****e I don't need.

    Get ****ing rid.

The draws in our house are identical to Stans. All of them bar my own bed side ones which she isn't allowed anywhere near.
