Can you imagine the reaction - I mean really do try and imagine - if fans at a City away match ran into the pitch, started fighting the opposition, ripped up the pitch and goalposts, all while wearing HULL CITY SHIRTS and then the media and other fans claimed, without a single shred of evidence, that it was actually Hull FC fans who had gone there specifically to cause trouble?

The world would, quite rightly, laugh its tits off.

This whole episode was truly one of the most pathetic, shameful and downright disturbing displays of pro rugby bias ever seen from the pitiful local media. FACT.

I think deep down people should be pleased that our sporting teams are regularly visiting Wembley.
Can only be good for the City.

When is final, assuming Hull get there, bound to clash with a City home game. I know where I'll be. No where near that London..

As someone who has both been taught by and worked with Dave Woods, I can confirm he is a great bloke. <ok>

On your point of '****ing himself silly when Cas got back to 18 all', surely as a neutral he would want the best match possible? Just because you don't like the Cas comeback, doesn't mean it doesn't make for what would be considered good entertainment for the neutrals.

I don't doubt that Mister Woods is a great bloke. I got the impression from the start that he, Wilkin et al wanted Cas to win. The programme had opened with a review of Castleford's season so far, not Hull's which I thought was discourteous to the home side and cup holders: HFC. Hence when they got back to 18 each...etc..etc..Maybe I'm just an old cynic and can't stand the BBC putting Hull down.

There's only one local team that visits Wembley regularly.
    And wins.
