http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/i-didnt-want-spend-silly-12550541 The last part states: "But we're in a situation with FFP that we have to make sure we're right for the summer. The club have got commitments to players long since gone which is not helping the cause." What does that mean? Commitments to players long since gone?
We're still making a nominal contribution to Chops's gambling fund Imagine it's something to do with Ole's disastrous signings. Like letting a 5 year old drive your brand new sports car.
Are we paying part of the wages of those who have left on loan? Or those who left by mutual consent. (Yes I'll leave as long as I don't lose money)
the way Ole did his transfer dealings was in installments meaning we're still owing clubs for players like Guerra, Berget, Daehli, Eikrem, Cala and the rest despite them going because we have not yet paid the full transfer fee for them
Also if we've paid up players contracts it'd be a lot easier on the club cash flow wise to just keep paying wages for the next however many years rather than shell out big lump sums when they leave. Sound like a few are finishing this summer though
