    Returning to the non-winning theme at the SOL, since beating Watford 1-0 last December Sunderland have played 12 league games at their home ground with 7 defeats and 5 draws in that time.

    That's five points out of a possible 36. They can' even win there in the Championship. Their next two chances to stop this run are against Sheff Utd and Forest, both in September. Two tough games.

    I've checked the records Comm and it looks at though Sunderland's last home league win in August was in 2010, Bent scored.

    Mind Comm, you have some serious competition for "Our Favourite Mackem Poster" when the Yearly Awards take place later this year. Big Baz and Rooch are making an impression on this board, they often go for the short-sharp WUM attack, nothing too tedious. And they aren't stuck up their own arses either!
