That'll be why both Souness and Carragher thought it was a nailed on penalty and red card then.

Keep an eye on Schneiderlin for the first goal where he literally runs away from the Arsenal player to give him a free path to goal

It was a penalty for me. **** defending as per usual which could have cost us. Thankfully, this will be the last time I see Lovren starting for us.

They understand that at this point of the season the media are more interested in controversial stories than reality so played it up to WUM Arsenal

Any other week and it doesn't even make the highlights

Lol - as long as he's not the starting CB, I'll be happy. I'm sure he'll be given some cup games every now and again.

I'd say 2. a starting LCB and another RCB because Matip has been a little hit and miss and picks up a few knocks as well.

can't see us signing 2 starting CB's more likely 1 and squad member though may just be a starter.

    Me neither but here's hoping!

A starting LCB should be priority, and I'm still hoping we reintegrate Sakho back. Means we would have Sakho, potentially VVD, Lovren and Matip, with Joe Gomez developing.

Going back to Biscan's comment on Coutinho - whilst not his all of his passes were perfect, he was the one getting on the all and trying to make things happen.

Constantly taking risks and not afraid to keep trying. If he stays, I hope Klopp keeps him in CM because it's perfect for him. This allows us to sign another Mane type for the left wing, which gives Coutinho even more options to pick out.

My main issue was how deep he was going. He was getting the ball off the centre backs yesterday which is where I'd want him to be if I was a Boro defender. That worked if he can then and quickly pick a pass like v West Ham, but when they're sat so deep, I'd rather he be 15 yards further up receiving it in dangerous areas and linking with forwards.

I've no issue with that given there was a player in advanced positions. My issue in other game sis he was LW doing it so we ended up with nothing up there to pass to.

The issue of course v boro was lallana was meant to be that player but he was like a deer in headlights
