Good Article <ok> Hopefully Bob will get to the end of the season and prepare the team who ever will still be here and recruit the best players he can find willing to join us and bounce straight back up.....This season looks to be a right off with new and old players sub standard and with the little quality we do have have been hampered by the rubbish they have to play with....Bob has come in at the wrong time and inherited the worst swans team ever due to poor recruiting by Jenkins.....

I beg to differ Dai, BB's inherited a decent enough side capable of staying in the top flight. Like the previous manager though, after Saturday he showed himself to be, I'm trying to be PC here, way out of his depth.

How could any manager/coach worth his salts, or on top of his game, or any manager who knows anything about football send out his team to play a formation they have never ever played against any top Premiership team. Not only did he do that but, well, let me explain the fekkin obvious.

Man Utd's centre midfield ALWAYS HAS THREE PLAYERS OCCUPYING IT, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS. Primary hold, primary press who interchange and primary attack. On Saturday the very talented trio of Carrick, Fellaini and Pogba took up those roles. Add Rooney who to the mix and they usually at some point in the game achieve the overload they seek in midfield to control possession.

Bobs answer, one from the archives, a 1970's 4-4-2 formation a la Don Revies Leeds Utd. Our Bob actually expected Leon and Ki as a pair to totally control the midfield and manage Carrick, Fellaini, Pogba and Rooney. He must think they're supermen, either that or he thought Man U were ****.

BB must have know this would happen though, he's told us that he considers himself on a par with Klopp, Guardiola, Wenger, serioulsely? How can he expect to be anywhere near as good as they are when he cant even count, 4 midfielders is more than 2 midfielders Bob, for future reference.

All in all, we were dead lucky to get the 37% possession stats that we did.

Post game Bob the Bewildered said:
"We had people close to the ball a lot of the time, but we didn't have enough commitment to close things down and get tight on people" Utter garbage you tosser.

It wasn't commitment we lacked Bob it was numbers, I'll say it again 4 midfielders is more than 2 midfielders and 4 very good midfielders will always win over two struggling midfielders.

The look of despair on Curtis' face as his words echoed around the empty vessel that was Bob Bradley brain spoke volumes.

We are not going anywhere with Captain America, he is way out of his depth, and he is definitely not as good as he thinks he is, very rough ride this season, and the Liberty will stay toxic, until our lazy overated players start putting a shift in, second half yesterday was a disgraceful display from our team, not in the slightest bit interested in giving Manu a game.

Shearer was right to slate our players on MOTD.................<ok>

If Bob Bradley had sent his CV (Resume) to every club in the top two divisions of English football he would not of got an interview, let alone got a job. Speaks volumes!

What Absolute Rubbish . Bob was chosen for his ability and his CV is a match for anyone.....It is not his fault he inherited a decapitated team. Im sorry but you cant make an omelet without eggs no matter how you try. Just look at what players he has to choose from......Leon the captain <doh> well past it and as someone who gives instructions on the pitch then he has Zero skill in that, All the strikers who has been here much longer than Bob....Totally out of their comfort zone from where they use to play. Fab who has made more bad passes than anyone, Gylfi our only quality player who is struggling to play with players not up to has standard resulting in poor play...Cork is our best midfielder but again he dont have decent midfielders with him...maybe Ki and Routs the best we have. In defence who do we have of quality.....Mawson has something to work on and probably Van der hoom and Kingsley has potential but there is no leader between them like Ash was....
The squad is one of the weakest we have had with has been, green as grass and useless.......And After losing key players who make a difference and a very poor transfer window where we missed out on players who would be an asset then how the hell can any manager let alone Bob make a team strong enough to compete with the lower half of the league let alone the big clubs.......We have gone from a good team that would regularly beat the big sides to whipping boys who everyone has targeted 3 points from.... I'm afraid that our club has been purposely in my view run down slowly but surely over the last 3 seasons in an attempt to make money for the Morgan's and Jenkins and now The Americans have to repair the damage done and you cant do that over night when you cant recruit players to replace the not very good players we have.......I wont give up yet until it;s not possible but i think our rebuild will start in the championship...

Now this is the part I have trouble with you are telling me that Bob would have been on the shortlist for all the top jobs in England? I doubt any of them have heard of him i certainly have not. Now please tell me you have followed his Career hoping that one day he would lead the mighty swans to glory.

Have you not seen his CV and listened to everyone who has followed his career, They only have praise for him and they would know before you or me....Bob has played 4 game and each game has had different players and different formations. Now how about the 40 odd previous games with different managers that was crap that saw us in the relegation zone for nearly all of it....Who is to blame for that. I know lets blame Bob that looks good........I dont have an ounce of sympathy for where we are as its been coming for a long time and if you cant work out the cause then you have not been paying attention these last few seasons. Our situation has nothing to do with the yanks and no way Bobs fault....

There is a difference with our situation and saying Bob is the best person for the job. Yes i have seen his CV this is what troubles me! he does not have the experience and knowledge to dig a club out of a bad situation (Which we are in) I am not blaming him or the new owners but the previous owners should have pointed out the fact that signing Bob would be a risk. Our players did not turn bad overnight a good manager will instill confidence and someone with a name and a point to prove like Giggs may have been a better option, Players are human and after the game on Saturday it is plain to see they are demotivated and confused and this is not good. But to say we are resigned to being relegated in November is madness. Thank you Bob for trying now please leave now and let an experienced relegation specialist manager come in and save our arses because if we go down we will be a Blackpool not a Newcastle.
