Morgan still has a back problem, Mendy is STILL injured but Drinky's problem won't prevent him playing. I'd be going for an unchanged team.

    Schmeichel
    Simpson
    Huth
    Fuchs
    Benalouane
    Drinkwater
    Ndidi
    Albrighton
    Mahrez
    Okazaki
    Vardy

I thought Morgan was back? If not, unchanged for me with Morgan back in for Benny if possible.

    Big game this.

Wouldn't be surprised if Shinji doesn't start, having just flown 10,000 miles.

Would like to see Slimani in for him - can take the focus away from Vardy.

Team is as above, except Gray in for Albrighton who is unwell.

3 points today would go a long way to making the league more comfortable.

Big big loss Alrighton. It's amazing how he has played himself into a such a key figure. And to think Villa didn't want him!

Morgan is still out and Albrighton is replaced by Gray due to illness.

Apparent Shakey will be the first British manager in history to win his first 4 games in management.

A decent accolade if it stays this way.

Great result there today, confidence high, performance excellent and 3 points off the top 10.

It's a welcome change to be looking forward to match days again.

Disappointed in Mahrez today, missed a couple of good chances and should have past to Vardy when he was in front of goal
    instead of wasting it.

Pretty much standard win. Stoke never troubled us at all but class goals from Ndidi and Vardy

With the form of Albrighton and Gray should we think about dropping Mahrez?

No :) ...we've won 5 on the bounce and Mahrez has played well in each ... yes he should have passed to Vards yesterday...but the last time he put one on an absolute plate for Vards ended up with Vards punching himself in the face after skying it ..

Was a lovely bit of skill by Mahrez that gave the ball to Simpson for him to pass to Ndidi ... Mahrez is still the most skillful player we have ...and Atletico will be well aware of what he can do ...they won't be worried about Albrighton ...as much as I appreciate his wholehearted effort ... don't change a winning team unless you have to because of injury or suspension... :)

Even I wouldn't drop Mahrez, at least not at the moment :emoticon-0100-smile. He seems to have got his confidence back and is committing defenders. I'm sure I even saw him make some challenges recently, which nearly made me fall off my chair.

It is a dilemma that Gray can't get into the team even when he gives a man of the match performance when he finally does get a game. Albrighton gets through such a huge amount of work both defensively and going forward, that he becomes hard to drop. The only criticism I have of Gray is that he is inclined to go it alone and not look for team mates in a better position. But it's not a bad dilemma for Shakey to have, and I'd rather see Gray come off the bench than that expensive lump of ineffective striker that we've accumulated. And Gray does seem to be being patient with the situation. Maybe he is thinking Mahrez will be gone in the summer and his chance will come. We just have to make sure we don't lose both of them.

Tbf, if you believe the papers, teams seem to be more interested in Gray than Mahrez...
