Not sure if anyone can be coerced from calling each other ****s on the PL board and back onto the United forum but there's a derby on Saturday.

No doubt Sky Sports and the press will bill this one as a title decider but cut through all that ****e.

How do you think it'll go, who should play, who shouldn't. Aside form the utterly stupid ****ing kick off time this should be an absolute belter.

    My side, playing 4-2-3-1 would be;

    De Gea
    Valencia
    Blind
    Bailly
    Shaw
    Herrera
    Pogba
    Rashford (right)
    Rooney
    Martial (left)
    Ibrahimovic.

That's assuming Mkhitarian is injured. If he's fit he starts ahead of Rashford on the right or Rooney at ten. Harsh on Mata but there you go.

Interesting fact; should we lose it'll be down to Rooney. Should we win none of it will be down to Rooney.

Valencia only flies back on Friday so I'm not sure if Jose will start him. I don't know who will be the backup, could be any one of 3 players...
Either way right back will be out weak link in our defence, I can see de Bruyne or Sterling hoping to attack down that flank.

Our team has been so settled that I can't see him changing Fellaini or Mata to be honest. It's tricky because our 3 AM's (Mata, Rooney, Martial) aren't playing that well but we keep winning so what do you do? I would love to see Rashford on the right and either Rooney or Mata at no.10 as you say, but I don't think it will happen.

I think putting Mkhitarian into the starting lineup in the derby (even if he was 100% fit) would still be a big gamble as they're clearly bringing him into the team slowly.

So I THINK it'll be an unchanged team (apart from Valencia potentially), however I HOPE it will be Rashford on the right and Rooney at no.10 with Mata on the bench.

And holding thumbs that Fellaini does not get a red in the derby...

Aguero out is a big plus but I don't think it'll be straightforward, really unsure of which way this will go.

Mata might start on bench surely. Valencia might be a huge miss. Remember I never rated that Italian RB of yours.

But still, this looks like Jose's 1-0 written all over it <ok>

I agree that he'll most likely stay with the same side, which means Fellaini in. I'd rather not though of course.

There's talk of Gundogan starting for them, which would be a hell of a risk I reckon. Can't see how he would possibly be fit for a game like this. I hope he plays!

I think we'll win it by the odd goal, one nil or two one. As much in hope as genuine expectation though admittedly as it could end up anything.

Why is it the bloody early kick off. Means I won't get to watch it.

If we lose it will be my fault for not watching.

If Valencia isn't playing I would go with Lingard on the right and Rashford on the left, Rooney at 10.
We need pace and width on both sides and at the moment Martial isn't performing so needs a short spell on the bench.

We hardly see draws in these matches though. Same when we play Liverpool and Arsenal. There always seem to be a winner somewhere and a huge story to follow.

I do agree, but something tells me a draw is on the cards, but an entertaining game

I know, I'll still be playing golf for the first half hour.

    Us fans get no consideration!

Can't begin to imagine why City fans don't want the ginger pig and camel chops as pundits for our CL games on BT sport
    Horrible little ****

Do you think all clubs should get the choice of pundit on their games, what happens when two clubs can't agree?

I don't think we should have to put up with 2 ****ing muppets who openly loathe City being the chosen pundits
It would be like Mike Summerbee and Mike Doyle doing a Utd game

That would be no big deal to me, I would just laugh or turn over. I watch games and make my own assessment, I don't need pundits to tell me their opinions.
I do like to listen to intelligent pundits like Neville and Carragher though, regardless of which game they are discussing.
