Loan Watch: Rodgers Makes League Debut 23rd January 2017, 9:06am please log in to view this image Harvey Rodgers made his Football League debut on Saturday as he was handed his first appearance in a Accrington Stanley shirt following his loan switch earlier this month. The centre-back played the full 90 minutes as Accrington held promotion-chasing Carlisle United to a 1-1 draw despite playing for 78 minutes with ten men. Jonathan Edwards was an unused substitute in the game. Also in League Two, Max Clark was handed a starting role for Cambridge United’s home clash with Mansfield Town, but couldn’t prevent Shaun Derry’s side from going down to a 3-1 defeat. The versatile midfielder played 72 minutes at the Abbey Stadium before being replaced. Elsewhere in the Vanarama National League, Rory Watson was once again between the posts for North Ferriby United, who registered an impressive 4-2 win away at Southport. Johan Ter Horst was looking to make his York City debut as the Minstermen hosted Barrow Town, but the diminutive front-man had a watching brief at Bootham Crescent as York claimed a much-needed three points with a 2-1 win. http://www.hulltigersacademy.com/news/loan-watch-rodgers-makes-league-debut
Yes I'll brave it - the way its going this could be the only way I will be supporting us in the future Pity the pies are no good at Ferriby anymore!
We are 2nd in the table, after losing to Crewe away last time out, looking to bounce back with a win.
I see Ter Horst is on the sub's bench, maybe York are allowing him to sub for us, as like the first team squad with the loans going out we are a bit short of numbers.
Looks as if Bowen and Tymon's absence as well as Clark, Rodgers, Edwards & Ter Horst out on loan is having it's effect.
