I can think of a much shorter Anglo Saxon phrase than that. Translated it means go and make love elsewhere!!!
A clean sweep. So who comes in? As some have mentioned, we need a proper manager. Not just a coach with big ideas. Somebody who knows the league. Warnock jumps out for us in this position but so did Tony Pulis when he was available and we were struggling in the Premiership.
Warnock is the obvious choice in my opinion (if he would bloody come!). We can't get too excited as we all know from past experience how underwhelming the end product can be.
Warnock 1/10 on like i said on another thread, i would bet his name is already on the door and hopefully he is down the Vale as we speak. Excited now, the first time i have been for a while. I really do hope its Warnock for the sake of all of us and my sanity.
Trollopes leaving statement. http://www.leaguemanagers.com/news/lma-latest/paul-trollope-statement/ "I would firstly like to thank Tan Sri Vincent Tan, the Chairman, Board of Directors and CEO for giving me the opportunity to lead Cardiff City. "I am of course disappointed to be leaving the football club after almost two years, however I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the club and would like to thank the players and all the staff at the Vale Training Complex and stadium for their hard work, commitment, friendship and support. "I would also like to thank the fans for the support I received during my time at the club. "I wish everyone at the football club every success for the rest of the season and the future." _________________________________________ I personally wish him all the best. Didn't cut the mustard here, but all in all a nice guy and decent bloke. Hope he gets a job soon. I hear County are looking for a manager
I'll agree with that. Looks like he's a better No.2 than a No. 1 from what we've experienced. However he tried but ultimately came up short - no discredit in that.
beat me to it Sparkey.Has done well as a coach in the prem and with Wales. Not up to being the manager. not at this level anyway.
Ex Stevenage, Peterborough and Preston. Was thought to be destined for higher things but gone off the boil a bit. So the bottom is a good place to start.
