I can't decide if Bero is waiting for one of the London clubs to go in for him or just trying to p*ss WBA about. For me he should have left and done his talking on the pitch because he is coming across as childish by not going anywhere. Do we really want that in our team!

Stoke seem to have this embarrassing misconception that a striker upfront on his own can score 20+ goals a season with no design or purpose to provide service.
I actually think we have a very good squad, so it depends if we are going to lose anybody and the state of injuries and cover. I think we definitely need to look at the Diouf, Walters and Crouch situation, especially with Bony on loan and yet to hit form - I think we will go back in for Berhino. I think we are fine with width in Arnie, Shaq & Sohbi, and the midfield is full of varied quality. With Butland fit it will relieve the GK pressure, but I'm not sure on Grant bring a long term backup. I'm still not convinced on our back 4, so probably an old school CD?
I am not at ease with our back 4 either. Pieters is making more errors than he used to and Bardsley is second to Johnson for the right back position. And like Bony, Grant and Indi are loanees. We do need to sign and settle in good players for these positions.
I would think that the least we should do is make the loan goalie a permanent signing and buy a new entre back.
4 million plus is big money for him, but with the recent Butland news we are fooked either way. Shawx just isn't the same player and Johnson just seems half soaked. I think from holding CM forward as a team were solid, we just need to score goals.
Will look no further than your Einstein quote. We need the same as we have done over the past goodness knows transfer windows...so will expect our fabulous recruiting delpartment to do their usual. With the honourable exception of Joe Allen. Interesting to see that N'zonzo is being touted around at approx £30 million plus,..which joker lied to him, pissed him off to be sold for what??£8M. Probably the same idiot that sees noithing but Berinho. Hey ho...same old same old
Shows how top heavy our squad is with age, I expect a lot of these will not be renewed reducing the wage bill for future investment. Stoke - nine players Glen Johnson (one further year option) - age 32; Ibrahim Afellay - age 30; Charlie Adam (one further year option) - age 31; Peter Crouch - age 35; Phil Bardsley - age 31; Stephen Ireland - age 30; Shay Given - age 40; Dionatan Teixeira - age 24; Daniel Bachmann (one further year option) - age 22
