Thought I would make a little thread where people can post information about transfers regarding Leicester and other Championship clubs in the run up to Wednesday's deadline at 11:00pm.


I'll keep a list here so people can see whats going on without having to filter through the thread looking for what they want to read rather than the inevitable wumming.

Aleksander Tunchev - Crystal Palace (loan extension)


Red = Nothing happened.
Blue = Movement (I.e bid accepted/medical/agreeing personal terms)
Green = Completed

Yakubu looks like he may be back off to Leicester City, wish that saga would just end #LCFC

 

I'd be happy if Yakubu came as long as Maynard was here as well.

Yakubu on his own I'd be disappointed with.

 

I will put this as a sticky and Thursday take it down. That way its easier to keep up

Jake Livermoore going to West Ham.

He has been playing in Spurs' first team so a good signing for them. Scott Parker headed in the opposite direction.

 

Essam El-Haddary signing for Hull on season's long loan.

I think we we're linked with him, he's a 38 year old Egyptian goalkeeper.

macheda? cant see that happening, though wont get near 1st team for utd this season. I imagine a foreign top division team would be more preferable though.

Crystal Palace are close to extending Tunchev's original one month loan deal from Leicester #LCFC #CPFC

#lcfc will only be signing Yakubu IF the Nicky Maynard deal falls through.

 

I think we will get Yak back then make another move for Maynard in January. He can talk to other clubs in January so I think a 2.5m bid would get him; If they say no we can save 6m and offer him big money to join us in the summer!

Yak will get us 25 goals so while not perfect he will do for now!

The reason #lcfc are allowing WAghorn to leave is because they are that confident the striker search will be resolved very soon.

 

If we get Yak, i say leave Maynard till the January sales! save us a good £5m that will

 

^ then a prem will want him at cut price though.

If we're bidding for Johnson then what a ****ing nightmare. I don't really want Yakubu in comparison but Johnson is just taking the piss.
