    I can confirm that Torres has moved to Chelsea for the princely sum of £50m. No Chelsea players were included in the transfer.

    Hence Liverpool's offer of £30m for Carroll.

    I have incredibly reliable sources for this information.

    I can categorically say that there is no movement yet as John Terry is yet to finalise a deal with Nando's girlfriend

    So basically, what we have here is a not-so-wild stab in the dark at the most speculated transfer move since the Robhino debacle, with a greater than 80% chance of it being right.

    Intuitive stuff Mr Moderator<applause>

    Torres is holding on because he is desperate to join Man U, because he wants to win trophies and that will only happen at OT. Chelsea are on the slide like Liverpool and he dosen`t want to be in that situation again. He is desperate to join the 2011 treble winners and become an INVINSIBLE.

    He still needs to negotiate terms and pass a medical. David Luiz is in the same boat. 2 quality signings. When all fit...

    Cech
    Ivanovic Terry Alex Cole
    =====Luiz (better than Mikel even in DM)
    =Ramires=Essien (Lampard looks on the decline - I hope I'm wrong. McCeahran is also a shout)
    ===Benayun
    Torres=Drogba

    Upon arriving at Stamford Bridge Torres reportedly headed straight for the club shop. He demanded he be given every last book and DVD on the history of Chelsea FC. Moments later, a befuddled Fernando was said to have been seen leaving the club shop empty handed. He also stated he loves the city of Chelsea and wants his kids to grow up with the local accent , innit blaad

    Man Utd 1st 51 points, Chelsea 4th 41 points. Your title aspirations are over, as for man Utd debt dear oh dear oh dear. Thick peoples like yourself can't understand that the debt is now 500m as Utds owners have paid of 220m http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11762838 Also Chelsea are breaking europian financial rules so you can kiss europe good bye. Utd debt now is JUST 40m interest fees from 100m operating profit which is increasing which is 60m free every year, chelsea made a 70m operating loss <laugh> compared to our 100m operating profit. Utd also have cash reserves of 163.8m in the bank as well..

    The Headline Numbers £286.4m Manchester Utd's income in 2009-10 from match day (£100m), media (£105m) and commercial deals (£81m) £185.6m Total costs, including staff and player wages (£131.7m) plus £53.9m in other operating costs £100.8m Operating profit £40m Interest on bank loans to the club £40m Amortisation of players' transfer fees c. £67m One-off costs relating to refinancing, including £41m interest rate swap, £19m in currency deviation and £6.7m in fees £35.4m Amortisation of goodwill, an accountancy practice involving no "real" cashflow £83.6m Total loss after tax £163.8m Cash in the bank.

    http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...er-their-16383m-loss-is-revealed-2101793.html
    So last year Man Utd made a 100m operating profit but 80m loss. However, it was due to one off payments totalling 102.4m which included 67m one off costs and 35.4 good will payments which Utd will not be paying again. Therefore Utd make a profit as well which is very good for the club including the 163.8m cash in the bank which has increeased. Utd also have paid off the major debt without using Utd as a financing tool. So before you start spouting rubbish get your facts strait.
