A sensible Cardiff perspective: I'll ignore our rebuilding process for now - as it's not relevant to what a good team you are. As an experienced Championship watcher over the last seven seasons it is not difficult to identify the teams who will sustain a challenge: you will. In Mc-Smith you have a real livewire, who is familair to us and is very good at this level. Midfield - composed on the ball, able to control the game, pace up front and out wide. You remind me, in style, of Swansea (but with a little of the negative aspect of their game from Sousa's time in charge - their ability to fiddle around with the ball at the back, keep possession, then play it across midfield before returning it to the back four was admirable but as boring as hell). I'd put good money on you finishing in the top six. As for CCFC, we're going nowhere this year - I can't wait till we hit 50 points, then I can relax.
Not a hope in hell of a top 6 finish!! Dont get me wrong they have started brightly, but remember they are a new team to this league, and it will not take too long for teams to work out their style of play. They will get a good start pre-Xmas but Jan - May will tell a diff story. Mid-Table finish for the seaside scum, no better than that. As for Cardiff, well as you say you are not in the race this year...................
Stop back tracking - you were talking about Brighton in the Championship. "Dont get me wrong they have started brightly, but remember they are a new team to this league" - Remember?
@Bright_Wright Why bother. Just accept you are on the slide and we are on the ascendency. I value the considered opinion of the Cardiff fan more than your inane drivel. Unlike you they know what it takes to compete at the top end of the championship. When I want to hear what it takes to be a bunch of pikey scumbags who can't keep their club solvent you'll be the first person I Iisten to. We have been playing like this for some time now so everyone should be more than used to our style. Stopping it however is much more difficult.
Sergei you ****ing stupid prick, when was the last time you were in the top six of the 2nd tier of English football? Dont get carried away you mug, you have never been a Prem league team and that isnt about to change after 3 games. Now go and do what you lot are good at, and suck some prick!!!!
Here we go again...you f'ing this...you gay that. Really not very clever are you if that's all you can resort to. Been through this with you before. You have so little to say for yourself it's actually funny. Laters loser.
i reckon that brighton will pose a challenge on the top six but just miss out in the final stages like leeds did last season, they have an exceptionally good manager in gus, probably the best outside the prem.
Can't wait till they start sliding down the table. As for cardiff I think you have a decent chance with a young bright manager
