My take and I do like Tomlin but-

He is nothing like the player that was with us last season.
We paid a lot of money,he is the highest paid player on the books, you expect those players too produce, and lead by example.
This year that has not happened anywhere near enough.

No I think you're not reading what some of are saying. What we want are players playing for the manager for the sake of the club that we will still be supporting, once both of them leave.
This season what I've seen is a player who on his day can produce special things, but like previously with JET it was only when suited.
We all want those special players but equally we need them to dig deep rather than argue with the manager.
Like in real life, I don't get on with my manager, so I'm leaving. But whilst I work my three months notice I will still give the company 100% because they still pay me a good wage.

You only just started your new job,I believe <confused>
Three months notice wow that is a long notice:huh:
If I have a staff member wish to leave, I tend to get them gone as their head is not in the job:angel:

I've been doing this job since 93 but was poached by a competitor in 2006 then redundant in the crash of 2008 so went back to the original company. They merged with another in 2013 and the monopolies said they had to sell off x amount of concrete plants approx 200 so I was tupeed across. Now they've merged and I'm now going back again to the original company. All swings and roundabouts in the construction trade we all end up working with each other again! So I know I could be back with the current people again. So always best to leave with a good record.
Confused? Try typing this out <laugh>

No I've not fallen out with anyone, loveable cheeky chappy me.

Very different case to Jay Emmanuelle Thomas who was played out of position, but did maintain the shape of the side, and did not rock the boat even after being dropped after playing well.

I love Tomlin, on form with the ball at his feet, but there is no room for a bad apple 'Billy Big Bollocks' polluting the side and turning the boys against the manager - if indeed that's what has happened.
He hasn't been playing that well this season anyway - for whatever reason, so I think as long as LJ is still there LT will have to toe the line.
He can say 'I told you so' once LJ is gone.

I've just seen highlights from last night and Patersons looks like he's sat down throwing things to either side. Someone on OTIB described it as throwing toys out of the pram.
