Tom Cairney is starting in todays game against Coventry In my opinion he should have been featuring more as he is a talent.. UTT
This is splendid news, I wouldn't be suprised if it was Koren, Harper wasn't all that bad against Burnley and I think Pearson favours him too much to drop him. Wouldn't mind too much though Cairney and Evans would make a good pairing, both good ball players.
Needs a rocket rammed up his jacksy. Good on the ball but lacking in drive and energy- for a young kid he is slothlike.
He never takes the chances he is given to impress. I used to be a huge fan. In his last(very few) performances he has been pants. I hope he does well but I doubt it.
Your user name kinda gives that away. For me, got the talent but without drive, although i hope he proves me wrong. The back end of this season could well be his last chance to impress or he could be on the market come the summer.
Think it'll be Koren to make way, might move him out his comfort zone and remind him his place isn't garaunteed. Great player but he hasn't been producing the goods recently. I know some people would rather it be Harper, but even against one of the sides near the bottom in Coventry, a central midfield pairing of Evans and Cairney would be rather lightweight away from home? Hope Tom takes his chance and replicates his form from the end of last season, NP could well be playing him to see if TC will be staying next season or not.
Cairney should have Sideways on the back of his shirt because thats the only way he knows how to pass he's very overrated
I thought Cairney put in a decent performance at Scunny, even allowing for the fact that they were clueless. He's lost weight and it looked like he was up for a bit more tackling, so I'm glad he's getting another chance. tigercity - Marleen's out, second game of a four match ban for violent conduct. Not like him............
Cairney in for Barmby acccordin to Blunderside. Didn't see that one coming, looks like Barmby is back as impact sub
It is unlike him, I didn't think he'd get a red card for violent conduct unless Sian Massey was running the line.
