Agree, tactically he is the best manager out there & ever was. But his management style lacks any desire / direction to accomplish the goal utilizing the available resource.

He has proven that through 2013-14 season & this season. He always wants more transfer money. Easy money for him.
He could / should have won the title in 2013-14 & this season without flinching. But he doesn't care tbh.

I would say Conte is the best manager at the moment given the way he has utilized the available resources.

Hindsight - I would say Palace loss did more damage than Manu loss tbh.

Palace was like 6 pointer.
We gifted them 3 points & 2 goals through stupid Pedro & Cahill mistakes.

That has put Palace 1 point away from safety with 6 games to go. Now they are clear of relegation zone & already in beach
If we have even drawn with them, they will still be closer to relegation zone or already in relegation zone.
They might actually bother to turn up against Spuds this week.
Now, they will just rollover, gifting Spuds 3 points.

So we have given Spuds virtually 6 points from that 1 farking game FFS!!

 

Cahill illness was truly blessing in disguise, giving Ake a stage to perform.
Ake in for Cahill / Matic / Alonso is mandatory now.

Now, I am with Conte. I also feel we have 50% chance for the title.

Our matches are thick & fast with so much pressure on our team's shoulder.
Whereas Pep & Poch have 0% pressure whatsoever. They have expensive & settled squads compared to us.
This expectation is unfortunate for Conte & us.

 

Ake played a very solid game and that performance puts him bang right in contention Stan. Just a week ago you were wanting to sell Alonso? The title has been ours to lose for quite a while but don't de deluded as we haven't had the distractions of European football, mind you neither have Spurs .
Pep has zero pressure because realistically they are not looking at a title. Spurs could be if we **** up now he has massive pressure getting his team on the up after we rinsed them. So cannot agree.
