Funny you say that, I was less confident with Howard in goal this season. Robles made some good saves/blocks and his distribution was much improved on Howards on Tuesday evening
Yet managed to keep us in teh game with his skills. Also he filled me with confidence coming for the ball on crosses as Howard has the flapps now. Anyway, what has happenededed here?
Sorry, not having him, he was ****ing dross at Hull. He did OK the other night but I'm far from convinced. New format, it's better when you get used to it.
Howard back fit again and Martinez hints that he'll be straight back into the side tomorrow. I'm no fan of Robles, but in fairness to him, he's done well in the last few games and given Howards poor run of form before his injury, I think it'd be harsh on the lad to be dropped at the minute.
A shocking decision and one that could cost us, Howard is looking at leaving in the summer so persist with Robles. He has shown that he is more than ready for this level
He's done nothing to deserve being dropped. Martinez is leaving himself wide open if he sticks Howard back in and he makes a howler.
To be fair Howard played a blinder last night on the other hand Robles didn't deserve the hook either
