    Excellent stuff.

The Tigers Trust will host its first Matchday at the KCOM Stadium when the Tigers take on Burnley on Saturday.

The event will celebrate the work the Tigers Trust is doing in the community and will raise funds and awareness to continue to create life-changing opportunities for children, young people, adults and individuals with disabilities in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

The day will see a number of fundraising initiatives and activities taking place around the stadium, showcasing an array of the Trust’s projects. Pre-match there will be a free football session open to children aged 4-12 years at the Airco Arena which takes place from 1pm-2.30pm. Then, on the walk-up to the stadium, supporters can challenge a football freestyler outside the ground!

The Trust is also inviting along 100 of their participants from its various programmes to come and watch the Tigers in Premier League action.

At half-time, Dean Windass will be dusting down his boots and joining in with the Over 50s Walking Football group and the Down Syndrome Active group will do a lap of the pitch with Roary and Amber too!

John Davies, Trust Manager, said: “We really appreciate the opportunity given to us by the Club and all funds raised from the Tigers Trust Matchday will go towards continuing our vital work within the community.

“The Trust has developed massively over the last 27 years and some people might not know the full extent of what we do, so it’s great to get an opportunity like this and to show that the Trust is not just football focused; we help get adults back in to employment, help support local refugees, take away hundreds of teenagers on residential trips, have several disability projects and have our own Education department too, and we want to continue making a difference in the local community!”

The Tigers Trust is the football club's Official Charity Partner. For more information about the Tigers Trust, please visit: www.tigerstrust.co.uk
