He is a good centre half and could no doubt do a job at a lower premiership team, I dont think we will be able to keep him here next season unless we go up.
Cardiff may have loaned him out because he wasn't performing for their boss.. NP's obviously brought out the best in him.. I reckon NP knows that the chances of buying him are slim so that's why we have another option in Hobbs to look at.. and if neither are possible then it's plan C or Cooper (who hopefully will have improved at carlisle)
I think this is a non-story, they were just short of things to write about, he's not linked with any club, it's just a vague 'someone might be interested' story. They might be, they might not be, there's not much point in worrying about it now, it's one for the summer.
