Its a ****ing opinion the same as all the stuff you have pretended is fact in your row with chesh but provided no evidence for. I believe you were right then and I believe I am right now. I think we will have approached Karanka Pep Flores Ranieri One thing i am 1000% certain of is they ****ed up by not having a plan for when Monk walked, and he walked because no backing in January and no long term deal been offered last season.
I Wouldn't have thought they would have had a plan if Monk walked, which club thinks they better have someone else in the frame in case their manager decides to do one, you're making this **** up as you go along
I can understand this "he managed the Celtic of Cyprus" theory, but let's look a bit closer ... his performance in Europe was way better than any previous Apoel manager, so that shows progress ... Tommy's first job in Cyprus was with Larnaca, more of a Dundee United than a Celtic ... in his first season he got them to fourth, in his next season he got them to second, one point behind Apoel ... in effect, he split the Celtic/Rangers of Cyprus, and that shows a manager capable of getting the best out of his squad the thing is, regardless of the league you manage in, you still have to deliver the results ... it's not as if he was given Chelsea to manage in the Conference, not that one sided ... Apoel didn't win the league by 35 points, so not quite a Celtic scenario ... yes, Tommy will have to adjust to the Championship real fast, but that's why he's been hired to be manager of Leeds ... it's going to be tough, but he looks right for the part ... definitely a far cry from Hockaday, Tommy has a lot more quality and class than that thick cnut EVER had ... still can't believe Cellino insulted our club so badly by hiring Hockaday to walk in the footsteps of the likes of Revie and Wilko Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
If you are using Hocaday as any sort of yardstick ffs give your head a shake. Milanic would be a better comparator. I see Hans as similar and Milanic was not good enough either. BTW is he still on gardening leave?
Eh -They were dumped out of the Champions League pre-group stages. In 2010/11 They reached the group stages of the CL In 2011/12 They got to the quarter final of the CL In 2014/15 They reached the group stages of the CL So getting dumped out of the competition so early was hardly way better than the previous managers that did do it In fact - you could argue that it was very poor in comparison
If Radz had appointed Tommy straight after Monk went certain people would have been moaning, saying hes rushed it in a panic, seems to me he's put some thought into the appointment time will tell I suppose , he's one of us now and I'm gonna give him a chance
I accept all that Billy and again, it is a great post and valid points but feel my point of concern is being missed... Thomas had one of the better clubs, it was a mix of the better Cypriot and overseas players. Thomas was said to have had a team of five scouts and coaches, the opposition was watched, then coaches went on the training field with the team to set out a style of play to beat the opposition. That is easy when you have better players and a larger squad and a more intelligent team of players than the opposition have combined with only a 26 game season. Anyway, he has my support, he has my best wishes and I hope he can do something special Agreed but on the other hand I would have believed he was first choice and not 3rd, 4th ot 5th
Just a few words about TC,I've never known a guy more obsessed with Leeds,he lives, breaths, and Sleeps Leeds United,24 hours 365 days a year,if anyone can get us back to the prem this season its him. What, ow apparently its another TC.
Treue - The one you have knows fook all about the Championship, fook all about Leeds but at least he's cheap as chips
