Didn't watch it. Seemed a non-event as pretty much nothing was written on here during the race! Best Driver: Bottas, he won Worst Driver: Hulk, finished behind Palmer I hear. Best Overtake: Race notes lost but thanks for the reminder, Big Ern: Ricciardo. Most Surprising Result: Palmer. This will probably turn out to be his best race in F1. Hamilton qualifying below par. Least Surprising Result: Alonso retirement. Special Mention: Split 50:50: Grosjean did very well; and Bottas quietly getting on with the job – as well as best handling of the press. Also, I'll take this opportunity to declare my belief that Bottas is a title contender. Mercedes will allow it. Ferrari on the other hand, will put eggs all in one basket whenever possible and are quite happy to have Räikkönen – precisely because he's no threat to Vettel. (Ferrari have always prioritised the Drivers' championship more than other constructors). Race Rating: 5.94/10
